How do product keys work?

Once you purchase a product, you receive a unique license key.
This key is used to activate the software or menu you bought.
Keys are always one-time use unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Where do I find my key after purchase?

Your key is automatically emailed to you immediately after payment.
You can also find it in your Account → Orders section if you’re logged in.

My key isn’t working — what should I do?

Make sure you copied the entire key without extra spaces.
If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team or open a ticket on Discord.

How do I activate the product I purchased?

We include activation instructions for each product.
You will receive these:

  • on the product page
  • in your email
  • and inside the downloaded files (if applicable)

If you still need help, our support team is here 24/7.

Do I need anything special to install the product?

Some menus or tools may require:

  • Microsoft Visual C++
  • Windows 10/11
  • FiveM updated to the latest version

The product page always lists requirements.

Delivery Time

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant.
As soon as your payment is completed, the system automatically sends your key and instructions.

I didn’t receive my key — why?

Common reasons:

  • Payment still pending
  • Email went to Spam/Junk
  • Your email provider blocked it

If you still can’t find it, open a ticket and we’ll resend it.

Is using these products safe?

All products we sell are provided as-is and are intended for educational and private use only.
We do not encourage breaking any server rules.

Can I get banned using these tools?

There is always some risk when using third-party tools or modifications.
To minimize risk:

  • Only use products in permitted environments
  • Follow instructions carefully
  • Keep software updated
